2. We can chat through your details over a phone call, or if you are ready to secure your date immediately, you can lock it in right away by signing the contract and paying your retainer.
3. Once it's official, we'll set up our first consultation to discuss the process and begin planning all the fun things!
4. As your elopement approaches, I'll send over two questionnaires for you and your partner to fill out, ensuring every detail of your day is perfectly mapped out.

How Much Do You Charge For Travel?
For elopements, additional fees apply for destination travel costs. These are custom for each location so please reach out so we can discuss the details!
Is a 2nd Shooter Included In Your Package?
A second shooter is not included in elopement packages, since these are more intimate.
However, if you’d like to have one, just let me know and we can definitely work something out!
Can I customize my elopement package?
Absolutely! Since every couple is different, I am happy to create a package that fits your photography checklist + budget for your big day.

How far in advance should we book?
I recommend booking as early as possible, most couples secure their dates 10-14 months in advance to ensure availability, especially for popular St. Augustine venues. Popular dates and seasons do fill up quite quickly, so securing your date with a retainer and contract guarantees that I'll be there to capture your day. To check availability or start planning, inquire through my contact form; I'll guide you every step of the way.
Should I Do An Engagement Session?
Absolutely yes! While they're not included in the elopement package, you can add it on and I always highly recommend it!
They’re a wonderful way to get comfortable in front of the camera and for us to build a connection before your big day. Plus, you’ll get a beautiful collection of dreamy photos and have a fun, relaxed experience celebrating your love!
Do You Offer Payment Plan Options?
Yes! I offer 3 payment options: 1-time, 2-time, and 3-time payment plans.
PLEASE NOTE: A non-refundable retainer and signed contract is required to officially book your date. This is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please book early to secure your date and avoid it being reserved by someone else.
How Will I Receive My Photos?
I deliver all your photos through an online gallery called Pixieset, where you can easily share them with family and friends. Plus, all images are available for direct download right from the gallery.
How Long Until We Receive Our Photos?
I’ll deliver your photos as quickly as possible! To ensure the highest quality, I typically take 4–6 weeks to complete elopement galleries. Sometimes it’s sooner—so keep an eye on your email!
You’ll also receive sneak peeks within 24–48 hours to enjoy while you wait for the full gallery.
Will Our Photos Be Safe With You?
I back up every single photo in five separate locations, all completely independent from one another. While I’m shooting, images are saved to two memory cards simultaneously. Afterward, they’re stored on an external hard drive, uploaded to the cloud, and the original memory cards are kept until your gallery is delivered. Your elopement photos are far too important to risk, and I take every precaution to ensure they’re safe, secure, and never left to chance.
