I'll arrive 30 minutes prior to my coverage start time to park, meet the other vendors, set up my equipment, and check-in with you. Usually, I'll start with your detail shots (dress, getting ready, etc.) and then the fun begins!

I’ll capture every heartfelt moment, from joyful hugs to fleeting smiles, ensuring they’re preserved in your wedding album. Throughout your day, I’ll provide a steady, reassuring presence, gently guiding everyone to stay on schedule while fully soaking in the joy. By the time the night ends, my camera will be filled with genuine, warm, and undeniably-you images that tell your love story.

Picture this: As you head to your honeymoon, your phone dings, and sneak peeks from your unforgettable wedding day have arrived! 1. Fill out my inquiry form and share all the details for your vision. I'll respond within 48 hours with everything you need, along with an invitation to jump on a casual discovery call.
 
 
2. We can chat through your details over the phone, or if you are ready to secure your date immediately, you can lock it in right away by signing the contract and paying your retainer.
 
 
3. Once it's official, we'll set up our first consultation to plan out all the exciting details. We'll also select the perfect date and location for your complimentary engagement session!
 
 
4. As your wedding day approaches, I'll send over a helpful questionnaire for you and your partner to fill out, ensuring every single moment is perfectly mapped out and covered.

Where Are You Based and Do You Travel?

How Much Do You Charge For Travel?
Travel within 30 miles of my home base is included in all wedding packages.
For locations beyond that, a small travel fee may apply to help cover time and transportation costs.
If your wedding requires extended travel or an overnight stay, any additional expenses (such as lodging) will be discussed in advance—no surprises.
For weddings outside of the Southeast US, the Destination Wedding Package includes all Travel costs.
If you’re unsure whether travel applies to your venue, feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to confirm for you.
Is a 2nd Shooter Included In Your Package?
For my wedding packages, the 10-hour package does! Since these are typically 10+ hour days, I include second shooters to ensure every angle of your day is beautifully captured.
However, in my 8-hour package there is no second shooter included. You can optionally add one on if we decide during your consultation call that your venue would really benefit from it (for example, if the getting-ready rooms are far apart).
How Far in Advance Should We Book?
I recommend booking as early as possible. Most couples secure their dates 10–14 months in advance to ensure availability, especially for popular St. Augustine venues. Popular dates and seasons fill up quickly, so securing your date with a retainer and contract guarantees that I'll be there to capture your day.

Can I customize my wedding package?
Absolutely! Since every couple is different, I am happy to create a package that fits your photography checklist + budget for your big day.

Do You Offer Payment Plan Options?
Yes! I offer 3 payment options: 1-time, 2-time, and 3-time payment plans.
PLEASE NOTE: A non-refundable retainer and signed contract is required to officially book your date! This is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please book early to secure your date and avoid it being reserved by someone else.
How Will I Receive My Photos?
I deliver all your photos through an online gallery called Pixieset, where you can easily share them with family and friends. Plus, all images are available for direct high-resolution download right from the gallery.
How Long Until We Receive Our Photos?
I’ll deliver your photos as quickly as possible! To ensure the highest quality, I typically take 4–6 weeks to complete wedding galleries. Sometimes it’s sooner, so keep an eye on your email!
You’ll also receive sneak peeks within 24–48 hours to enjoy while you wait for the full gallery.
What If You've Never Been To Our Venue?
There are so many stunning venues out there, some I’ve had the joy of working at already and others I’m still excited to photograph. If your venue is new to me, I’ll do a thorough site tour prior to your wedding day. As your photographer, it’s important that I understand the space, lighting, and layout so I can capture it in the best way possible.
My goal is for you to stay present and soak in every moment. I'll handle the rest, making sure your photos reflect the beauty of your day and your venue.
Will Our Photos Be Safe With You?
I back up every single photo in five separate locations, all completely independent from one another. While I’m shooting, images are saved to two memory cards simultaneously. Afterward, they’re stored on an external hard drive, uploaded to the cloud, and the original memory cards are kept until your gallery is delivered. Your wedding photos are far too important to risk, and I take every precaution to ensure they’re safe, secure, and never left to chance.
